Welcome to the Conveyancing Paralegal Academy
The Academy was established with a simple but important purpose: to share practical conveyancing knowledge and experience with those who wish to develop their skills and pursue a career in conveyancing.
Conveyancing is a specialised area of legal practice. While academic study provides an important foundation, there is no substitute for understanding how a conveyancing transaction actually progresses through a working legal practice.
Our aim is to make conveyancing understandable, practical and accessible, while developing the confidence students need to work effectively within a conveyancing environment.
The programme is presented online, allowing students to participate from wherever they are located.

After more than 35 years working in conveyancing, I have come to appreciate that practical knowledge is one of the most valuable assets a person can have.
From the Founder
I established the Conveyancing Paralegal Academy as I would like to share that knowledge with people who are eager to learn. My hope is that students will finish the programme not only understanding the conveyancing process, but feeling confident enough to recognise how a conveyancing file should progress and what is required at each stage.
