A Practical Approach
This programme has been developed from more than 35 years of practical experience as a conveyancing paralegal, with particular emphasis on the procedures, documentation, correspondence and administration encountered in the day-to-day handling of property transactions.
Conveyancing is a specialised area of legal practice, and while academic study provides an important foundation, there is no substitute for understanding how a conveyancing transaction actually progresses through a working legal practice.

An introduction to conveyancing and the role of the paralegal
Parties involved in a property transaction and the role of the various professionals and institutions
A step by step guide for conventional and sectional transfers, from receipt of the instruction until registration in the Deeds Office
Particular emphasis on the procedures, documentation and correspondence encountered in the day-to-day handling of property transactions
Students are provided with supporting documents and precedents incorporating the latest information and procedures
